Margie Rovarino is one of our board members. Margie was born in Los Angeles and has lived in the area her whole life, with the last 30 years in Canyon Country. Margie’s professional career was in business development for several banks and savings and loans in Los Angeles and Century City.
Margie also has had an active role in volunteerism. She donated time every week for ten years as a Domestic Violence Counselor at Haven Hills Shelter for Domestic Violence in the San Fernando Valley. In addition to that, Margie spent 8 years on the Board of Directors of St. Vincent Medical Center’s Auxiliary, serving two years as President of that Auxiliary.
Margie shares her life with her husband, Duke, a retired deputy from L.A. County Sheriff’s Department, her cat, and two dogs. Margie’s hobbies include health and fitness, quilting, and vegetable/herb gardening.
Margie joined the Santa Clarita Center for Spiritual Living in early 2016.
